It’s back by popular demand! The Dharma Yoga Wheel class is returning to Tuesday nights at 5:30 pm, this time with Yashmani Seepaul. The first class will take place on Oct. 26.
This class will teach you how to use the yoga wheel to activate all the muscles in your back for safe and effective backbends. Created by Sri Dharma Mittra, the revolutionary yoga prop is also terrific for going deeper into forward folds and opening up tight hips.
Space is limited because we only have 10 wheels at the studio. If the class is full, we will still admit you if you bring your own yoga wheel.
