Prenatal yoga combines gentle movement and stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation and meditation techniques.  It is specifically designed to prepare moms-to-be for the physical, mental and spiritual demands of pregnancy and labor.

5-Week Series

This special program is offered regularly throughout the year.  Practice yoga and build community with other pregnant women during 45-minute sessions that are held on weekends.

The entire series costs $150.  To sign up, click the button below.  If you can’t make the entire series, drop-ins for individual sessions cost $35.  Click on the dates above to register.

Private Lessons

If you prefer to work 1-on-1 with a teacher, and receive personalized attention for your specific needs, you can book hourly private sessions for $100 each.
